I guess spinning the tires doesn't help at that point.

This picture was taken after we tried pulling it out with the four wheel drive tractor. It has been my experience when something isn't going to budge the wheel with the less resistance is going to spin but maybe things are differnet for you?

It was a blessing that everything turned out okay. Very little damage done to the combine. Should have taken a picture of my face when the hoe started to go down, didn't know what we were going to do! The worst part was the hoe went down on Saturday and we didn't get out till Sunday, talk about getting no sleep that night!!!

Dunno where people got the idea from but it's not about how stuck you are. This wasn't (was not) a judged contest (how could you judge that anyway, a measuring stick? what about taller or heavier equipment?). It was a votes contest if you got stuck at all (10min or 10 days) you are eligible other than that it's all votes.
