The Situation:
Took the family camping in the coulees near the Bow River. Got the motorhome royally stuck. By chance there was a fisherman nearby who gave my hubby a ride home to get a tractor. Got the tractor royally stuck(er). Had just enough cell phone battery to call someone else to come with a 4 whl drive. Finally out of our bog and had camp set up by 11pm.
How We Got Unstuck:
Two tractor attempts later, chains, and a little bit of chance....
#1 Lesson Learned:
Stick to a campground.
